This hotel management change from NH Brescia, as I feel New management is not so good experience of hospitality business since cut essential services and there are change in the attitudes of hotel staff also, they are not familiar like the old, not serving free single small bottle of water or hot water for tea or comb like small items which are essential to serve to attract the customer
