Great location and breakfast, but room service needs improvement

The Hotel Brun is located in a great spot, making it convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the washroom was nice, especially with the added comfort of heating. However, the shower area was oddly designed, and there were water leaks in the washroom, which was inconvenient. Room service was below expectations. There were no spoons or stirrers in the room, and after requesting “make my room, ” the cups were not cleaned properly, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were some highlights, the experience could have been much better with improved attention to detail in room service and maintenance.
