Faced Inconvenience

I booked hotel apartment- 5 Packs one bedroom but they gave us very small apartment with capacity of only 2 people. Faced so much inconvenience as no code was provided for entry gate and nobody was there to hear us. When we complained on the phone number provided the concerned person came after 1 hour and charged us extra money with no receipt.
