Staff is not trained and inadequate. Hygiene is compromised badly. Breakfast has no live counters with very limited menu. Check-in time is 15:00 hours. Basic amenities like bathroom slippers, water bottle, hygiene kit etc were missing. An overpriced hotel with amenities of hostel.
