Hi! The stay at NYX hotel in Portobello was amazing. There were some tiny maintenance issues in the room - like a hanging light that wouldn't turn on, and the electric kettle that had something growing on the inside bottom surface. But the room itself was pretty nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was the highlight of my stay. The front desk, bar and restaurant folks i spoke to all remembered me and checked in regularly. They were all very friendly and kind to me, and i really appreciated it as this is my first time being in Dublin and in Ireland. 10/10 stay
