Excellent place for a short stay

Simple rooms but real value for money. Complimentary breakfast is quite good. They offer airport pick up and drop at reasonable cost. Very convenient location, walking distance from Tunjungan Plaza. Real value for money.
Good things and room for improvement

Location is very good. Room is small but good and comfortable. The pillow was little more thicker for my neck habit. Wash room shower working well but needs little adjustment. Buffet breakfast to include more international travel menu items.

The location advantage and the courteous behavior of the staff are the best. It's really value for money and still walking distance from Tunjungan plaza. Stayed for 4 nights. Your staff land and tiara were very helpful and always answered with a smile when approached for any assistance.
