Grand Sakura Hotel

hotel location is on the road. it's very easy to find out. the breakfast quality and variety was excellent. all the services are very good. staff was very cooperative. I had booked executive room which was excellent.

Hotel is good & clean. No vegetarian-food options available. Location is little away from main market. But walkable to the market

Stay was good n comfortable. Except a few inconvenience like no foreign exchange n no free shuttle.

Shower water was very dirty. Grand sakura hotel is definitely not good i pay 100% while booking but they asking 200000 idr for security returning 100000 idr i asked why they replied you drink water and you using towels many times that's why i deducted and another thing is bathroom water was too dirty. Sorry to say kindly be careful with this hotel which placed at median city indonesia

Most of the hotel staff is English speaking, they are all very cooperative and well mannered. The hotel has been recently renovated and all the rooms are modern and have five star amenities. The restaurant is also very good and has excellent buffet breakfast. Even vegetarians can enjoy a good meal. There is a 24 hour open Alfamart Convenience Store along with a couple of ATMs just outside the hotel. There is also a bank from where we can exchange foreign currency. Railway station and Center Point Mall are at walking distance. The hotel also has complimentary shuttles to and from Center Point Mall thrice a day. Room rate is also quiet reasonable. Only downsize is that there is no internet cable connection in rooms, you can only get two or three English channels. Most of them are Indonesian. So it is virtually useless for foreigners. Another disadvantage is that this hotel is on a very busy main road and there is very bad traffic jam everyday in the afternoon and evening.
