Good location but average services

Hotel is located within Nagoya hill mall premises. Surrounded by body massage parlours which is beter for a group travelling for massage and shopping as a main purpoees for Batam visit. However, room service is poor in hotel, also, it did not provide coffee machine or hairdryer in any room. Room service is also below average. Hotel dies not have swimming pool and health club (which few websites mentions under hotel faciities). Overall experience is of average quality. Fronf office staff is little helpful. And few can understand english.
