the rooms were not clean and the staff was not at all helpful 😒from such a good brand name we didn't expected that.

Everything was perfect except one small issue. We reached around 3pm still the room wasn't ready although it was mentioned that check in time is 2pm

It was a terrible experience, the food was the worst, there were no proper amenities in the room infact they are hesitating in giving extra towels. The room were stinking.

It was a good stay. Although we have stayed for 1 night only. Rooms are small in size with very minimal amenities. But the staff was good and cooperative. Breakfast was not up to the mark.

The property was at the perfect location. Nestled in between some cafes, restaurants and resorts and walkable distance from the beach. There were many food options provided and the property was meticulously cleaned regularly

The property was at superb location. Minimarket, atm, restaurant just beside to hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to beach and provide decent facilities. The staff are courteous and kind. However the quality and variety of food was not satisfactory. As many restaurants are available nearby hotel we could manage it.

Hotel was nice room was good location is also nice

A good hotel to stay since IBIS has their brand value however only 600 ml of water is provided which is no where enough for the travelers due to high humidity at the Island. I would suggest the hotel to provide at least one liter of water per traveler.

Location is not good. Not point of staying in Nusa Dua at this location. Also hotel facilities are not up to the mark. You can request Indian breakfast but when you see Indian veg breakfast, its hard to eat it. I will not recommend it.

An excellent budget hotel in a close vicinity of the beautiful NUSA Dua Beach. Helpful staff, a couple of Indian restaurants within walking distance and a few shops where you can shop for all your daily requirements.
