A budget property in need of more attention

Rooms are small but equipped with all essentials. Helpful in storing luggage. but property requires better maintenance. In first room water was dripping all over walls, but they immediately changed and upgraded my room. In the second room there were issues like, AC was not cooling and the hair drier was not working, of which hair drier was fixed and AC could not even after trials by engineer. They offered me another room change which I was not in mood to go through the hassle of. Reception staff is attentive and strifes to make stay comfortable. But the cleaning staff is not good in their work, even after their cleaning washbasin remained dirty, room was barely broomed off, never cleaned coffee mug in 4 nights etc. Their pool area is nice to hangout at. partly shaded with various lounging options. Apart from breakfast no other food available. Laundry machines were not working. Bike rental is available.
