familyWe never received a mail to fill in the required details before checkin. U cannot enter inside it without their confirmation key and that u can get only by mail. It took us one hour to enter inside also because of language problem it was taking time to get by calling their help customer care no. It was so hot in the city and no arrangements for airconditioner or even a fan. Suggest only book this in winters, otherwise the apartment was good with all facilities
