nice location, generous breakfast spread but small rooms.

Hotel’s location js good, its at walking distance from the city center, 100 meters from metro station and tram station. There are good restaurants nearby, a labanese take away and a pasta takeout nearby is good. Our room was cramped and hardly had space to move around. Hotel guys gave one bottle of water the first day only, next day onwards we were told to drink the regular tap water. Their housekeeping staff was rather lazy as even after asking to clean the room, they only straighten the bed sheet, but did not clean the tea cups or replenished the tea-coffee sachets. Breakfast spread was really nice and had lots of variety. Reception staff - few were nice and helpful but rest were rude.

Centrally located, public transport ( buses & trams) just opposite friendly, courteous and helpful staff good spread breakfast with a good choice of menu comfortable rooms with good view and amenities
