Property is good and clean. But there are no locks in room or bathroom. Also there is no intercom system. Also there is no bottled water daily allowance

Location was excellent. There was confusion about security deposit as they had mailed us that they didn't need from families but even after seeing the confirmation they still asked for it leading to a bit of a unpleasant rushed start but the stay was pleasant. The room had good amenities and everything we needed in good condition

The apartment is so centrally located to all the bars and restaurants on one side and the monuments on the other Side. Clean and hygienic and very friend english speaking staff.

Centrally located, easily accessible from all main tourist attractions. Comfortable Apartments, hospitable staff.

We loved our stay here. Wonderful rooms, welcoming staff. Location was good. Near to city. Will come back again. Recommend to everyone.

Location was very good. Apartment was clean however quite a number of issues. No lift to the rooms on higher floor which means you have to carry all your luggage up and down the stairs at check-in and check-out. There was a person to help us at the time of check-in but no one at check-out. You need to carry your luggage till the street which is tedious as they don’t have any trolley or help. On the first day the person did not tell us that there is a lift till the 1st floor and we had to carry the luggage on the escalator. They mention daily housekeeping but it is only till 4 pm. So if you cook after that and need the utensils again next morning you will have to wash them yourselves. There was water stagnation in our bathroom. They however offered to change the room. There are no phones in the room so if you want to call them use your phone or go down to the reception. So for cleanliness and location I would give 5 stars but for service average. I would not stay here again.
