We booked 2 superior room with hot tub and one of the rooms the tub wasn’t working. They kept on saying that technician will come and sort the issue but nobody came for the entire stay. We paid extra for this category of room but it was worthless spending! they kept on blaming since you have booked a room through a portal so they claimed that they were unable to help
