Convenient stay

We stayed for 3 nights at kalista Kalisti Hotel & Suites. The Kalisti Hotel & Suites is situated near the marketplace & main local bus stand, which is very useful. Unfortunately, we were allotted rooma at far distances & on different floors. Rooms are small as compared to normal rooms in other Kalisti Hotel & Suitess. Cleanliness was good. Mattresses were clean. The worst thing is check-in time, which is 4pm. Nowhere i have observed such irrelevant & irrational check in time. The visitors generally land from athens in the morning around 8 to 10am. But rooms are made available very late & result in lose of a day. The reception hall is specious. Though staff is cooperative, very few understand the english language easily. We accidentally met with a pakistani staff member "imran" who was helpful. Good breakfast is provided with service. Jakuzi water temp needs to warm. Mr. Kostas, an owner, was overlooking arrangements himself & is a nice person.

Highly recommended for a stay in Santorini. Best location you can ever find. Just a few steps away from the main street, shops of Fira. Will definitely stay here.
