Absolutely gem of a hotel

We loved our stay here, enjoyed the room balcony and a nice kitchen. Front desk staff was helpful and quick to assist. Hotel had all the important food outlets, super markets and major squares nearby.

Good apartment hotel, but bad location, no restaurant

Close to Omonia square (15 min walk), quite far from Airport (1 or in taxi). If you have light luggage, take metro till Omonia square, then walk. Nearest landmark is Novotel Athens, which is opposite to the apartment across the Road. Given the kind of people staying in the neighborhood, it's not safe to stay in this apartment with family. If you are a lone Male business traveler, no problems. Room is okay. All amenities are there. Air-conditioning is good. Not many restaurants Around. For getting good food, you have to go to Omonia square. Two convenience stores are just Around the corner if you turn right after exiting from the hotel.
Okay for two persons. No space for extra bed. No washing machine and micro oven. Otherwise, it's fine.
