Terrible Stay

I reached a day late. Called them before and informed them of the same. They confirmed that they will keep the room for me as i had already paid. Reached there at 10 pm and found out that they had given my room to somebody else. Waited around for an hour and they found alternative accommodation for me. This is outside the old city and was actually half the tariff of the hotel i booked. There was nobody to complain to.
