Big rooms. Good prize. Noisy r....
Nice hotel for families. Nice big rooms and we even got a bathtub which the children enjoyed. The parking was to small and crowded and we didn't have the possibility to drive into the garage due to the hight of our car. The area is ok but the road next to the wing of the hotel is quite busy and noisy. We had to close our windows because of it which wasn't very good because the temperature was a bit high. The breakfast was simple and nice. The fruit could have been more fresh. Nice staff. Over all a nice hotel but be sure to get a room in the main part of the building due to the traffic noise. And be sure to check in early as the parking lots gets filled up fast. Good value for the money for a night.

One night travelling to South ....
Not far from highway, spacius room, silent area, good price. On our way from Denmark to Italy convenient place to rest for the night. Breakfast OK but not the best - to the price no complaints. Will stay here again if it fits our traveltimes in the future.

After reading some negative reviews we were very pleased. Our room was spotless, plenty of room, lots of hot water. This is a large hotel and our room was very quiet we had a good sleep. Did not have breakfast so can't comment. Wifi very good. There are two restaurants very near, 3 min walk, one Chinese and other a German bar and eatery which was very friendly, we only had a sandwich which was good. The menu looked very good. We will be back for another one night stay at the end of our two weeks here in Germany.

Receptionist incompetent and u....
This is a huge, impersonal, modern hotel with over 180 rooms. On arrival we were given a room (Nr. 149) where the bathroom lighting and exhaust fan could not be controlled and were switched on by a motion detector. The fan was faulty, made a horrific noise, and could not be switched off and did not stop, so sleeping in this room was out of the question. When we asked for a room change, the dark-haired and portly receptionist lady who otherwise was permanently eating and on her mobile phone, gave us a complete run-around. She offered us three rooms that were even more noisy and in various ways unsuitable, and only after almost half an hour of giving us the run-around, did we finally manage to get a decent room we could sleep in. This staff member clearly needs more training to understand that if a room is unusable (and should never have been offered to a guest), then it is her duty to find an offer an at least equivalent, and never a worse room. Otherwise, the rooms are actually nicely furnished and spacious, the beds are very good , and everything worked OK. However, the crazy arrangement that guests are unable to switch on or off the bathroom light and fan should be abandoned - renting a room surely means that the guest is in charge of the lights and fan!! The breakfast was OK, good variety, but not great quality.
