The room was spacious enough for a single. Bathroom is modern and well equipped. The hotel is near to the Central yrain station and also very near to the Flixbus station. Free coffee and tea all day and night.

I stay in this hotel with our family it's such a bad experience for us. The room was too hot, there is no AC in the room and bed was totally bad. There is two different bed in the room, the guys attached the bed together when going to sleep. The bed goes to different directions and the breakfast was so poor..

This hotel was overbooked. I was sent to Mingarden hotel in Pempelfort by taxi (free) by the receptionist at Residenz hotel. The new hotel was a 4 star hotel. This review related to Mingarden.
