Staff was very courteous and friendly. I am habitual to drink hot water during the day, they provided me an electric cattle extra to use in room. Breakfast was awesome, had many varieties. Worth to have breakfast in Hotel Carlton. Location of the Hotel Carlton is very good. It is near Dortmund train station and many restaurant nearby.
