good but little inconvient

The stay itself was comfortable and the facilities were satisfactory. However, our experience at check-in was disappointing. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful when we faced issues while trying to check in. His attitude and tone were unprofessional and left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I was genuinely upset by the way we were treated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better guest service in the future.

Nice rooms, reached late in the evening and received the check keys and got the towels and bedsheets, bathrooms were clean and lots of restaurants around, 5 mins walking.
