Hotel was okay rooms were just okay the only good thing was the view from the 6th floor. But would recommend the hotel to work on some renovations

Booked a/c room but hotel owner says we don’t have a/c room in our hotel in 33c temp provide only table fan after depositing euro10

For a quick stay and not for families

Location is good. Close to Kõln Hansaring S Bahn station. Very strict with check in time of 3 PM. No ac or fan in room. TV had only two channels. No coffee or tea in room. Sofa was dirty and torn.

Bad staff, the lady at the reception is rude, not considerate at all, check-in was at 2:00 pm and I asked for an early check-in and she denied the check in even at 1:45 pm. Hotel doesn't have any contact number. All the numbers of the hotels are diverted to other properties, one of them said the hotel closed down. Poor communication from the hotel at the reception.
The person working at the reception didn't even consider giving an early check in. The check-in time was at 2:00 pm and I asked to check-in at 1:45 and she denied us the check-in, she was rude, didn't even understand a little bit of English and wasn't entertaining the guests properly at all. The hotel didn't have any telephone, I tried calling two days before but all the calls were diverted to other properties of the same hotel, one of the person said the hotel closed down. Poor services from the hotel with an idiot sitting at the reception.
