Courtyard By Marriott Batumi

I stayed one night at Courtyard Batumi and my experience started off a bit rocky. I had booked a junior suite expecting something more spacious and fully sea-facing, but the room was smaller than anticipated and didn’t quite match the view I had in mind. I asked about a paid upgrade, but the gentleman at reception initially declined, which added to my disappointment. Later, I returned to the front desk and was greeted by two receptionists—Tamara and Tattia (apologies if I’ve misspelled their names). Their attitude was completely different: warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Tamara in particular went above and beyond to arrange an upgrade for me at a discounted member rate. She was cheerful and attentive throughout my stay, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel truly valued as a guest. Thanks to Tamara and Tattia, what began as a frustrating experience turned into a very pleasant and memorable one. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I’m grateful to them both for turning my day around.

It's like any other premium Courtyard By Marriott Batumi, with all the best amenities. But, happy to have English-speaking staff.

The Courtyard By Marriott Batumi staff was very courteous. The facilities in the Courtyard By Marriott Batumi were beyond par. Hotel is located at central location with all the major attractions in the vicinity. Very easy to access.
