Poor Stay

When I came to the hotel to check-in, there was no one there. The reception was locked. The phone was not available, in my booking invoice was a dummy one. I searched for the phone number which I found outside as part of the tariff card displayed outside the gate of the hotel and when I called, they simply informed me that one of the rooms was unlocked and that I should drag my luggage up 2 fleets of steep and narrow stairs all by myself as they would not come back to the hotel for another hour. I dragged my luggage up all by myself and after 1.5 hours, a lady finally came to ask me what I needed! However, after 5 minutes of this conversation, when I went to the reception, I found it locked again. The room wasn't the best either with the paint of the ceiling window coming off. I left early for my work next morning at 07:15 am (had informed that lady about it as well) and still found the reception locked. So basically, after a full 24 hrs, I was able to witness somebody at the reception and all this happened even when I put in a mail (as there was no proper contact no available) that I will be checking in about 2-3 hours late from the given check-in time. Also, the hotel is located in an isolated alley.
