I would not recommend for Indian vegetarian visitors. They do not have any Veg options in restaurant. Hotel is very close to Airport, but nothing nearby available. Only recommended for Airport transit.

Rooms were clean . Location to airport was ok. But not so Hospitable. I stayed in other group hotels in Paris. No water bottles were provided. Front desk was very hostile to support qsked . Early check in of 30 mins not given . Was asked to pay 50 euros if needed. Adapters when requested were given at orbe hotels. Taxi they arranged was expensive as it was private. More support system should be extended for the stay to be comfortable.i come on a holiday for basic comfort atleast.

Very comfortable stay. Clean rooms and good service. Have some games like pool and foosball at the lobby for passing some time. Quick check in and check out service

Overall stay was good. I always prefer mercure during my stay in france. Whole process of check in n out was smooth.

This is an airport hotel. So, fine only as a transit stay. Facilities are basic. Clean and orderly, but do not expect luxury

The rooms were very comfortable. Walkable distance around 350m from airport. Excellent location, decent breakfast spread.

It was a great experience in hotel

The hotel staff behavior is rude, room cleanliness is not at all good and not much varieties of food served for breakfast.

I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Though the hotel was great in terms of infrastructure the breakfast didn't look good. The restaurant staff was good but the guy at the reception was cold when we checked in. It's a personal opinion though not something to be concerned about. Overall the stay was good!

We make a special mention of the manager, Mr Kinan, who was extremely helpful and caring. However one point needs to be mentioned. The outlet in the toilet sink/wash basin was choked. Thus water would just not flow out. Despite asking the attending facility staff as well the help-desk numerous times, this could not be repaired. We tried to clean the drain ourselves with a pen, but to no avail. Brushing, shaving and even washing hands and mouth was a real challenge. Especially since we had a morning flight to catch.

Just 10 minute drive from the airport. We took an Uber as we couldn't find any airport shuttle.
Everything was good mostly. The room was spacious and quite comfortable.

We stayed for one night only. I need to check up if they HB refunded the money they charged on my credit card. The pick up from airport was OK. The hotel staff gave incorrect information re fare from hotel to Lyon station. Instead of actual fare of 74 I was told around 50.
