I had booked single room and twin bed for 2 days. When I checked into the room, it was on 5th floor and there is no lift from 4th to 5th floor ... carrying checkin baggage in the curved steeply staircase was nightmare. Room -506 given was very small with low height ceiling. Shower was also not working .. after the bad experience in 1 night, I complained to the reception and they claimed that they had single bed booking not twin bed. However berry was kind enough to give me better room with simgle bed only and helped me to shift my luggage to lower floor with lift access. Hotel is very close to train station .. but not suitable for family or elderly people.
