Perfect place to witness auroras from the igloos when sky is clear. Multiple indian food options are also available. Good connectivity as well with their shuttle and multiple activities like husky ride, snowmobiling etc

My stay at the resort was really good. The property is beautiful and very well managed. The staff is really warm and helpful. Having the indian menu for dinner is a good touch and the good was really tasty.

We had a booking of small glass igloo but on arrival we were thrilled to know that we were upgraded to kilo glass igloo. It was the best experience and of-course the food and staff were great. Specially receptionist ananya was very sweet and we had a good chat with her. Overall great experience

One of the best places to see northern lights from the comfort of your igloo. It is huge in area. Only there should be markings as to which room is in which side. And there should be more variety of lappish food. Rest a great place to stay.

Wifi was not working. Despite giving complaints it could not be fixed. We had to work in our own network.

Location: we stayed in the west village, which is about 5kms from the east village. The transfer is taken care of by the property. Stay: great glass house igloos for viewing the night sky and if lucky then the northern lights. Kilo glass houses half beat of both worlds a great indoor stay for the day and a glass house igloo for the night. Food: for indians there is availability of indian veg and non veg diah of the day for dinner, and lunch is usually a buffet, which is definitely not worth it. The breakfast is just decent. Activities at the property: though on the pricier side, most activities are well organised and planned, including reindeer safari and ride, husky ride, snowmobile, and northern lights hunting. Bonus: on the property, a must visit is the tower, which gives an uninterrupted view of the surrounding serene white coniferous forest. Public transport to rovaniemi: buses to rovaniemi in the winter are at 8:50 in the morning or after 1 in the afternoon. There is no other available time, and the checkout is at 10 am.

We were upgraded to a kilo igloo upon our arrival from the glass igloo that we had booked. A big thank you to the property for that. The room was spacious enough to fit 6 people. The resort was massive with the number of igloos, chalets and kelo igloos. Its a good walk around the resort. Apart from the same, the activities are expensive than what is normally charged at other resorts in lapland. Further, the food buffets for dinner and breakfast did not have as much a spread that is expected when you are paying the amount of money for the room. Plus a very few options for vegetarians too.
