groupThe new staff on front desk with manager is horrible. They were not sticking on their words. Room checkin was 11:00 am once the boat arrived but room was not provided until 2:30pm by saying our checkin time is 2 pm. Beach water was dirty. The room i booked and paid was not provided by the staff even after waiting for so long. The food was not good at all. They served same rice in night which they prepared in the day. The washroom was so bad you can’t sit on that
