Maria at the reception was sincere and detailed in her assistance. So was the other lady starting with J. This was the best Rixwell Collection Savoy Boutique Hotel we stayed in Europe so far. Please commend the staff and owners. It was bright, cheery, excellent rooms and amenities. Thank God we stayed here and not at the Telegraph.
