The Hotel Garden Istra Plava Laguna was very nice. We stayed for 4 nights.. 400 from Umag Bus station and you get to mini train stop which drops you to the Hotel Garden Istra Plava Laguna. Its an awesome experience! We booked the room in village sol garden istra which is OK. But for a more luxurious experience it would have been better to opt for better room of their Hotel Garden Istra Plava Laguna. The food is the best part. They have a huge variety for both veg and non vegetarians. The climate in Sept was pleasant. The swimming pools are very nice with music played at the background. The have both heated (28 degree celsius) and normal pools. Our room was 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. There are good restaurants nearby so you can get good lunch. We reached Umag by bus from Trieste. Overall it was a great experience. The Hotel Garden Istra Plava Laguna staff is very kind.
