coupleI booked this hotel for 2 night stay in Jinan. I booked this hotel because it had multilingual staff and a renowned brand. I arrived late night from Beijing with my wife. Because it is located in the City center, the hotel was not difficult to find. However, because we checked in late, we were given small room with 2 queen beds. We had booked a superior room but given a tiny room for the first night. Upon complaining about the same, we were shifted to the superior room for the next night. I was happy with the overall stay except the tiny room given for the first night.
