Worst hotel and terrible front desk staff

businessthis has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I am a frequent business traveller and this has been one of the worst Hotel experiences for me over my travelling history. the front desk staff was very rude and didnot greet or showed any compassion towards the guests. I was bit shocked by her behaviour. I don't know but it felt like a racist behavior towards me and when I confronted her abt this and said she has been very rude to me she replied "You Too" which was even shocking and confirmed my doubts that she is actually not a professional or welcoming front Desk and it really gives a very uncomfortable feeling to the guest. The room air conditioner never really cooled and it seems it was pre fixed at a temperature which we can not control from the room. it felt hot in the room even with AC on. however I didnot bother to confroont the staff due to my experience with the front desk ad I had no hope of any attention to my issue. this is not expected from a global hotel chain like hyatt and I won't recommend and will also think twice in staying in any of the hyatt properties again.

soloFood is not good also very few options in breakfast for vegetarians, some amenities like shower gel etc were missing. Location is good. At USD 125/night this hotel is overpriced. I am not going to stay in this hotel in future.
