My stay at Sutton Place was fabulous. The whole victorian outlay and the most mesmerising view from the room is what I really paid for. I was offered the best room on the 19th floor (1926) which gave me an l shape view of the city, The premium stores, snow glad hills, waterfront and the crossing cruise ships and the Sea planes. The facilities were all good. I mark 9.5 out of 10. That too cause the only bad experience we had was with the manager Mr. Rahul Malik. Who came across as a very unprofessional, inhospitable and cold. Not very warm and helpful rather very cold and up on face. Besides that the location was excellent 10 min from waterfront and linked up so well with sky trains buses and bur card metro station was 2 min walk. Canadas best eating joint joey's was bang opposite which was a bonus. I would certainly go again and stay there.
