The suite had a kitchen, bedroom, balcony with a great view, a changing room, and a toilet. It was spacious. The bed was big and the sofa was retractable. There's also a computer and a printer in the room! The kitchen was fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster, plus the utensils. The hotel has a free laundry room, and the breakfast was good with much variety, you can also take your food to your room. The location of the hotel was great; close to downtown.

familyAfter traveling 17 countries and stayed at 100s of hotels even at many 4-5 starts, we found this hotel is the best among all. We found everything accurate and up to the mark. Interior, location, breakfast, cleanliness everything was perfect. Staff was very cooperative, polite and ready to help. We reached 4 hours early but Mr. Sikander Singh help us in early check in and upgrade our room too. We recommend that anyone visiting Ottawa must stay in this hotel and enjoy.

businessRoom was allotted on first floor. No elevator, no escort for heavy baggage's, with rain, water dripping in The room from The window frame. Not impressive house keeping.
