The property has an excellent location with water views and close to restaurants and downtown. Checkin was hasslefree and parking is plentiful. Room provided was modern, very clean and quite spacious with balcony overlooking the garden. Only reason for 4/5 rating instead of 5/5 is that no one from Sand Pebbles Inn staff was available at check out at 8 a. M. (sign said they would be available at 9 a. M) so no inquiry could be made about return of refundable deposit and check if room was left clean enough for Sand Pebbles Inn's satisfaction. Refundable deposit did come through next day so all was good.
