Budget Hotel

This is a budget hotel and it is probably not a good family hotel. The room was not that great, the bed had a wooden plank base just below the mattress so it wasn't steady. The ac vent was right below the window hence we couldn't close the curtain completely. There was a liner curtain to block view from outside but there are parking area lights which do not let you sleep at night as the white light directly enters the room through the liner. Bathroom was ok, we booked a 2 queen bed room but the toiletries/bath towels were not upto the occupancy level. It is obviously far away from the old city so were aware of that. The closest metro Station is st Michel on the blue line (3.5 km). There is a direct bus near the hotel to Cadillac metro Station (20 mins 7 km) which will get you to the downtown Montreal area via Berri Uqam. I would give this hotel a pass if you are family and book elsewhere at higher budget.
