Bad experience

familyStaff were very rude. Despite accepting early checkin at 2 pm at call, they denied when approached to hotel and we were given room at 4 pm only after 2 hours waiting . And even checkout was strictly at 11 AM. We booked queen suit , it was outside the hotel and was badly maintained, even an airbnb is much better comparatively
