The stay was truly amazing. The staff (especially the people at the reception) were super kind and very helpful. Would gladly recommend anyone staying in phnom penh to stay at himawari Himawari Hotel Apartments. Also, their breakfast buffet was quite good!

Excellent location, good food, and very cooperating staff. I was given a room on the first floor and it was noisy from the street traffic. When i complained the front desk manager upgraded my room facing the river on the 4th floor.
