Ramada by Wyndham Sofia City Center

The stay at ramada was very average. Location was fine, not really close to city center but manageable as well connected to local transport. But the rooms seemed very basic, very old style, with minimal amenities. I have stayed at other ramadas and they were definitely better than this.

Hotel is around 20 minutes walking distance from the city center, staff is excellent and the help you out of the way.

Beds are awful Location not near Center

The hotel is a little old and needs renovation. The room was a bit tired looking, but OK. Hotel was easy to find, good location. Very close to the main bus station. Walking distance to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and good service at reception desk.

Location is very good but service Not Good. Very easy tomove around near to central station and main walking zone. Restaurant food was amazing. Rooms are small but clean. Staff not as helpful as they should. But price as OK so I am good,

The hotel's location is very central and close to most Sofia attractions. However the rooms are a bit tired, furniture is quite old, but it's not that bad. Facilities are not so great. The restaurant served tasty food, breakfast in the morning was also allright.

Not far from the main railway station and bus stations. The hotel has got spa (additionally paid apart from the swimming pool). Good choice for breakfast although all the same each day. The staff are hardly smiling - you can still feel the atmosphere.

Location is quite good, within walking distance to most attractions. Hotel itself is a bit dated, but acceptable. My room was big enough and clean. Breakfast was kind of limited though. Fast wireless internet and efficient staff.

Few stops with tram to city center, includes indoor pool 25m, but saunas are with additional cost. Casino in the same building, must visit, but lots of smoking in. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Room is outdated with an old television set.

Classic hotel rooms is very poor. No clean. Dont airkondition. Have very old central climatisation. In this hotel I liked only braekfast. Dont stay in hotel Ramada Dedeman Princess Sofia hotel. I dont like 99%.

Area unsafe during night. People come after you to sell women. Also hotel is not courteous at all. Surely not the right choice for families or couples. Rooms, corridors are dirty unhygienic. You have to push them several times to make the room.

Location is very good. Near to central railway station and bus station. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Hotel staffs are kind and helpful. I suggest this hotel for all the travellers. It is well connected to center of the city.

Really this hotel value for money also have good staff at reception and in restaurant. Rooms are good but one thing TV in room are to old must be changed to LCD rest is fine. Hotel is near local shopping centre and not so far from malls we enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend to our friends.

The hotel staff was very rude. The linen and carpet was dirty and smelled. The toilet was also very dirty and worn out. The AC was not cooling and when I reported the matter to FO Manager, he started teaching me international cooling standards in hotels. The hotel is more like a pick-up point as the bell boy pushes to take girls to room. Totally unhappy with the property. It is surely not up to Ramada brand.
