The Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena is one of the best in Bulgaria in terms of quality, service, location etc. Get the mountain view rooms, they are amazing. The breakfast I lavish and it has everything that you want, even they have a table for kids. The rooms and the whole place is extremely clean.

The staff from all amenities of the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena are friendly, experienced and polite. The Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena management is oriented to kids feeling like at home. It's location is very convenient for skiers as it is next to the Gondola.

Great location of the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena. Very quite, although almost fully booked. Excellent breakfast, excellent service. Very much kids friendly. Great SPA facilities. Helpful staff at all levels! Looking forward for my next visit.
