Service was poor, hotel tried to recharge me for paid. Nights. Checked me out and rechecked me in during stay without talking to me, recharged credit without consent

Poor service, walked in my room while I was asleep to check mini bar without bell or knocking, recharged credit card accidentally without first disclosing to myself. Didn't clean room properly and didn't replace used towels. Very poor correspondence from hotel when trying to sort issues. Over priced for poor service
