This hotel front office staff is very adamant. Paid for breakfast and room for 2 people, though i checked in only myself when i invited my friend for morning meeting at breakfast they didn’t allowed. Though i already paid for 2 people breakfast at the time of booking. The manager is rude and adamant i feel they have lake of customers service because this hotel is in prime location and has many visitors, they list bother about customer satisfaction in hospitality business
