Muy bueno!

Muy buena atención, empleados con muy buena disposición y muy amables! La piscina es agradable aunque no muy grande, la comida del hotel muy rica aunque un poco más cara que en la zona. Sin duda volvería! La ubicación es excelente tanto para ir a la playa como para tomar transporte en la avenida. Buenas instalaciones, el desayuno tiene opciones sencillas pero es variado, rico y abundante!

Bom custo benefício, mas pode ....

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, perto da praia e no meio termo entre o fervo e a calmaria da Ponta Negra. O atendimento é super atencioso do início ao fim. A internet é ótima, funcionou bem no quarto, assim como o ar condicionado. No entanto as fotos do Booking nos fez ficar um pouco decepcionados ao chegar, pois não condizem com a realidade. Os quartos precisam de manutenção, pois as paredes e cortinas estavam encardidos e o cheiro de umidade é forte. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e fomos prontamente atendidas. O café da manhã também tem potencial para melhorar, as frutas não ficam no gelo e por isso fermentam. No entanto o valor que pagamos foi ótimo, eu voltaria a me hospedar, desde que tivesse flexibilidade para escolher o quarto.

Vale pelo atendimento dos funcionários e o cafezinho fresco que sempre está disponível na recepção. O café da manhã é bem fraco, e é servido muito tarde (7:00), pra quem tem passeios agendados, é péssimo, pois o pessoal da agência de passeios passa justamente entre 7:00/7:30 e o máximo que eles adiantam o café é em 15 minutos. O quarto precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. Tudo cheirando a mofo.

extra charges that should have....

The hotel charged me full amount on 10/10/17 for my booking number 1401590009. In addition, I noticed that they had charged me $43.24 on 9/24/17. what for? This booking was made through booking.com. I had contacted them, but they asked me to call the hotel and resolve the issue? why? This booking was made through Booking.com and they are responsible to find out what their suppliers are doing. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the amount. The hotel agreed to the disputed amount immediately and did not contest. So right now, refund is not an issue. Issue is why booking.com did not do anything inspite of my several e-mails? Booking.com gets their commission every time their suppliers get money from the customers, so they knew they were guilty and did not do anything. Also, hotel itself has never informed me why they are cheating customer with extra money? Both hotel and booking.com believe that customer will not noticed the extra unethical charges and they can pocket the money. Shame on this hotel and Booking.com for cheating their customers with unethical practices. Note that Booking.com is also unethically advertising 10% Genius Discount. I noticed on one of my booking that they never gave me that discount even this was advertised on the site. It took me two months of e-mails exchange to resolve this issue with Booking.com for their unethical practices. Please note that two more hotels that I had booked through Booking.com also overcharged me. All these within a one month of my bookings with Booking.com. I am filing separate review on the other two; namely Real in Mexicali as well as Maria Ricca in Igauzu. Booking.com forward the credit card information to their supplier so supplier has customer’s credit card information. Booking.com let them do whatever the supplier wants. Note all the other hotel sites charges themselves and have much better control. Amoma had booked my hotel twice. May be, I clicked twice. I contacted them, and issue was fixed within 5 minutes of my phone call. Booking.com could have called their supplier while I was on the phone to take care of the matter, but they asked me to do that instead. Also, they kept asking me for bank records even though they were provided their hotel name, booking date, and amount that was overcharged. It was their booking and they should have complete records and should have never asked for that. Again, shame on Booking.com for their stupid way to run the business. Also, for cheating their customers. I have all my correspondences with Booking.com in case anyone needs that

Very welcoming hotel

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks whilst I was watching the World Cup matches in Natal. My friend and I managed to get a room at great value as we booked early. The staff were very friendly and they even had some staff who spoke great English. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was small but quite relaxing to paddle in and never got busy. The bar area by the pool was charming and had a TV which showed the football. The breakfast included fresh fruit, savoury pastries, bread rolls and various cooked food. The main meals were nice and great value! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ponta Negra/Natal.
