Ferias em Gramado
Necessita fazer checagem das condições e manutenção dos quartos antes da entrado do hospede, serviço de cozinha para lanches e refeições, troca de toalhas, lençóis diárias, por se tratar de um SPA deveria ter uma fragrância agradável em todo hotel.

Localização Central, Ótimo Ate....
Hotel com localização central, de fácil acesso ao principais pontos turísticos da cidade, sem necessidade de carro. Todos funcionários foram atenciosos e educados. Bom café da manhã, boa cama, e chuveiro ótimo. Porém, ficamos num quarto com cheiro de tinta, parece ter sido reformado há pouco tempo, seria bom não colocar hospedes até o cheiro sair. As tomadas não estavam nos padrões novos. Além disso tinha muito barulho que se ouvia da rua, do corredor e do quarto ao lado, seria muito bom trazer melhorias para redução de ruídos.

Potencial para melhorar
Hotel que acabou de ser adquirido pela rede Sky, precisa melhorar a estrutura de atendimento. No final de semana apenas o atendente da recepção e sem serviço de restaurante a noite. Por outro lado, hotel pequeno com corredores com aspecto classicamente gramadense, charmoso, com excelente ducha e uma cama relaxante. Bem centralizado. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Aguá fria na piscina térmica dos pequenos. ambiente de bar na recepção em que a tv não funcionava e a mesa de biliar precisa de reparos.

A total disappointment, worse ....
My husband and I booked a room at the Clinipel in May 2014, I didn't write a review before because we took a few months holiday and just now returned home. As several other people mentioned here, they're under renovation,so hammering noise all day long, there's no way you can have a "nap" or any rest in your room, which are ridiculously small. The heated pool was completely cold, we complained to management,so they tried to fix it, by the time the temperature started getting slightly bearable it was time to go out to dinner. My husband wanted to have caipirinhas at the hotel "bar",only to be informed that the bar only opened at 19:00 pm.
Also,on the day we checked in,as we went for a walk in town,waiting for the hammering to stop (around 5 pm),we came back to find the "cable TV maintenance guys" inside our room, without any prior notice.
We woke up the following morning around 8 am with the hammering again (it's so loud that it makes you fear that the roof is actually going to collapse on you!!)So,we got up,called management and asked for a refund,as we were unable to stay until check out time,plus all the problems the previous day, only to be informed that,unfortunately they would not be issuing a refund. What pissed me off the most was the fact that I spoke to the manager on the phone on more than one occasion and it NEVER OCCURRED TO HIM TO MENTION THE RENOVATIONS!!! The owner was there on that day and also didnt do anything to try to fix the situation. Biggest disappointment of the trip,my Australian husband said it was the worst part of the trip. Will never go back and tell as many people as I can,because they were DISHONEST!!
