The location is one of the best in fortaleza, it's right across the prominent part of beira mar beach. I stayed in the sea view room which had breathtaking unhindered views of the mighty atlantic ocean. The sight of many people cycling and jogging would definitely urge you to join them. The Praiano Hotel staff was decent, however only a few of them knew english. Google translate was a big help. They also provided a complimentary cycle for one hour every day.
