Not like it used to be

I am sorry to say that after 4 visits to savassi holiday inn, I was extremely disappointed. All the workers who were here last year are gone. The service is terrible and the food last year was fantastic, but this year it cannot compare. I won’t stay here again. I am sorry because Thiago, Eduardo, Gabriel and Angelita are the morning crew and should be praised.

Great business hotel in Belo H....

This was my first time at this hotel. It met the standards of other Holiday Inns. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and all the reception staff spoke English. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast which is included, was very good. The location of the hotel was convenient. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again in the future.

Very modern and safe

We chose this hotel based on other tripadvisor reviews and they were well deserved. It has a great location and it feels very safe. The bedroom was really comfortable and clean and the breakfast was amazing. The point of improvement would be the other meals at the restaurant. They were expensive and not that good and took too long to prepare.

Great location

Stayed at Holiday Inn in Savassi after carnival. It’s in a great location central to many attractions. Hotel itself is decent. Room was clean. The pool is actually much smaller than pictures show. Also, it’s in a shadow for a better part of the day so you won’t get tan there. The jacuzzi is not hot enough. The sauna needs 30 min heads up call to the reception for them to turn it on. Otherwise everything met my expectations and would come back.
