Hotel Phuentsholing

Room was clean and had spacious parking space. Very courteous and helpfully staff specially the lady at the reception counter.

Nice location, great hospitality. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Good stay at the bhutan border. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is located about 15 mins walk from the entry point to bhutan. It is having very few guests so feels empty. The receptionists are good and innocent though.

The hotel was great, very spacious and the staff were very friendly however it was slightly understaffed and the telephones in the rooms weren’t working.

most haunted hotel ever! there are no facilities worth talking about, rooms have a moldy smell, all the linen has extremely bad suffocating smell, no hot water in bathroom, ac in the room does not work, below average restaurant. They do not even have power back up. The staff are manner less, they don’t believe in knocking the door, just barge in. This place should have negative rating.

Zero service, no food, rooms are spacious and good but you won't find anyone in the hotel. It's like a ghost house

Please don't go here. We have never been to bhutan hence we chose this place. Try to do a more thorough search before booking

Stay was good but was given limited options for dinner as there was a party going on in their restaurant. This was not informed when we asked about dinner timings

Location was just opposite to bus depot at the heart of the city. Food was very good and not very expensive. The best part was the room and the service of the hotel staff.

The hotel is situated right at the border. The food is good and rooms are quite spacious. We had a good stay there.

On reaching hotel we found the room booked by us in advance was nicely organised with all amenities mentioned at the time of booking. Location was excellent having a taxi stand and bus stand very close to it which help us to visit the monastery on the same day. Breakfast having a variety of items.
