The staff was very rude and not at all supportive. Except Gigato he helped a lot. I had a sprain in my leg and staff neither helped with an early check-in nor with an ice pack, eve though they had

The location is right next to bruges station which is great. It is close to both the bus and the train stations.

5. Good hotel in budget and very close walkable to bus stop and central station. Bike rental near by to reach the city centrum. Very clean room toiletries available. Smooth checkin process. Good breakfast paid for additionally. Thanks

Nothing was virtually provided by the hotel. The room was very small and so was the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was also very poor and had literally no choices in chicken/egg. The room I booked was a triple room it had a small queen bed which can fit one and a small bunk bed. The room had a foul odor as well.

Room quality is good and size is very short. Good for short stay.

Had a good stay at Ibis, however too small a room but great location to stay to explore every City of Belgium.

Location was right next to train Station. A Budget hotel in true sense. Overall experience was good.

Room was small I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was near to the central station, so connectivity was never an issue. Though room was bit small in size but manageable for short stay. Nice staff and friendly behavior ,.
