Hotel manager is great man and very helpful, but he cannot change the poor building. I don’t know how it got 4 stars. One star is ok.

Amazing and near to town. Very neat rooms. The rooms are classsy and good for the price . Location is in the prime center of juffair

1. For breakfast, you have to leave the main hotel & take 6 flights of stairs to the second floor in adjoining building!. Then to top it, there is no buffet breakfast. Only a-la-carte. And again, hardly much choice, just a few items; since breakfast is included with room rent. One day they give 4 well done sausages sauteed in butter/oil, with the continental fare. Another day, it's 3 quite burnt, dry sausages without any sautéed. 2. Also, rooms are too dark.... 3. Even after switching off the AC, the room remained uncomfortably cold till 3rd day. 4. Daily music reverberating from the first floor disco bar consistently disturbs sleep. AVOID, IF POSSIBLE

Really it was a very great stay at Juffair Grand Hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. All things were placed well. Breakfast was also very good with all The options. The staff was very good and polite. Ready to help you all time. Location was great. Near by of The Hotel there are so many restaurants and live street. Definitely I will come back here again

It was very good. No specific issues. Felt someone was smoking in The any adjacent room. The smell was there occasionally. Or else stay was excellent.

Rooms are large, comfortable, neat and clean. Cleaning staff are very attentive and take care of your instruction at their extreme best. Location is the biggest plus of this hotel as near to walking distance from exclusive restaurants, a grand store and a Juffair Mall. Facilities includes 3 Night Clubs, Gymnasium, On Deck Pool etc. Breakfast service is very organised and good. Service overall is excellent by all hotel staff including - Reception, Club, Restaurant, Room Service, Cleaning etc. There are much activities available at hotel for an excellent stay - Party, Hanging Out, Music, Local Shopping, Enjoy exclusive multi cuisines at walking distance from hotel - Thai, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, American, Italian, Arabic and lot more.

I was on a 3 day business trip & stayed here. Competent service, with a quick check-in, good breakfast, and willingness to help when required. I was surprised that I had to remind them once to clean the room, however they attended to that very quickly. Besides their own restaurants, other good restaurants are a little far.

Ideally located in a plush suburbs and near to grand mosque. Big spacious rooms with clean linen and bathrooms. Two discs near lobby. Though a little noisy at night... Music and vibrations reache the room.
