Heritage Hotel Hallstatt

It’s because of this lake facing hotel with lake facing room our stay In Hallstatt was so great ! Beautiful hotel right on the ferry pier great restaurant; with everything on walking perimeter! Opt for lake facing room only

The hotel has 3 different buildings. So if you book thinking you will get to stay next to the lake with a good view. No. The other 2 buildings are about 5-6 mins walk and are not heritage buildings. You pay too much for staying in some other building. Not worth it... there are better hotels with better views at much lesser price

The location is picture perfect, However very little things to do after 5 pm as most of the shops are closed.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Our suite was huge, breakfast was amazing and warm! Its right across the ferry point and staff's are very nice!

No words to describe the kind courtesy extended by all the staff members. They were always smiling and polite. Went out of their way to make our stay and travel comfortable. They adjusted some odd hour travelling requests as well with the best possible solution and without any fuss. Even packed food for us so that we don’t travel hungry.... thank you for this good memory

We stayed in the 1st week of Dec’22. We had a really nice experience. The location is amazing, lake facing view with balconies in almost all rooms. If you are a vegetarian, there aren’t too many options available. Hygiene and safety standards are upto date and all in all a very comfortable stay.

The hospitality was excellent . Everything was nice from toiletries to amenities provided by the hotel . But they don’t provide a room before 3pm which was quite odd as the check out is strictly at 11am , so they can still provide the room little early on requesting for an early check in . There is only one thing which I didn’t know at the time of booking is that they have three different properties all booked under one name. I booked it after looking at the location which was on the lake and ferry station in 50 metres. But they shifted me to the other building which was little far away from the lake , like almost more than 500 metres away from the lake. But after staying there it was nice .. but these things should be mentioned earlier , so that at least a customer has clearity and can even change hotel if he/she wants to stay on the lake …
